Real Foundations

From the time Rick Ahmann built his first fort as a boy, he’d found his calling. Rick’s passion for and knowledge of the real estate industry has grown exponentially since then, but the vision he had as a youngster remains the same. He still sees Helena as a place where there’s a sense of community, where children can play and families can feel safe. As a father, respected businessman and thirty year veteran of the real estate business, he shares in more than just experience and expertise. He shares a dream of living in environments that remind him of his own upbringing in Helena. As a specialist in property marketing, custom homes and land/home development sales, he has the ability to do just that. Service at Heart

As part of those Foundations, Rick is involved in his industry and community. Rick recently served as President of the Board of Directors of Downtown Helena, Inc. He also chairs of the Pastoral Council for St. Helena Cathedral Parish. In addition, he and his team have supported the efforts of numerous community, conservation and wildlife organizations like Habitat for Humanity, Intermountain Children's Home, Toys for Tots, Salvation Army's Adopt a Family program and Lost and Foundation. In 1996, Rick co-chaired the committee that successfully placed Helena's first Open Space Bond Issue on the ballot, which was subsequently approved by voters.

Family is First

Rick is a dedicated father and husband. He and his wife, Jen, are blessed to be parents of 7 (yes, count ‘em) boys. As a family, they relish the many outdoor activities that Montana offers. From Fly-fishing to Hunting, Camping to Hiking, Skiing and Biking. They do anything they can to spend hours together under the Big Sky.
